Planet Way Round

Ladakh Way Round

Trip Highlights

LADAKH is known as “Little Tibet” or even more romantically as “the last Shangri La”. Ladakh is one of the remotest regions in India, a barren, virtually rainless area. Ladakh also known as “the Moonland”beckons for more than one reason. The defiance of Ladakh’ s barren landscape, its distinctive flora and fauna, its culture, its clear blue skies and clean air, the land where snow never melts and only corn ripens, has more to offer a good holiday. On this trip we would ride with pride the world’s highest road at Khardungla Pass (18,300ft).
