This trip takes you through the some of the most pristine places of Ladakh and covers Major Lakes like Pangong , Tso Moriri & Tso Kar.

In this trip you’ll be hitting altitudes of over 5,000 meters five at times and crossing over some of the  highest passes in the world! The route covers all of the highlights of the ancient Buddhist kingdom of Ladakh, as well as the three most beautiful Himalayan lakes in the border region to Tibet – all at altitudes of more than 4,500 meters

Itinerary

Day 2: Leh sightseeing
In Leh visit War memorial, shanti stupa, -Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill. Thiksey monastery. Evening free to visit Leh Market.
Overnight at Leh Hotel.

Day 03 : Leh to Nubra Valley ( 127 Kms / 4 Hrs )
Get an early breakfast and get briefed about the day’s trip to Nubra Valley.  Today you will be driving on the world’s second highest civilian motorable pass, Khardung La, we will also drive up to Diskit Monastery for an unending view of the Nubra Valley. Later head to the White Sand Dunes of Hundar.
Overnight stay at  Nubra valley.

Day 04 : Nubra –  Pangong Lake ( 202 Kms / 6 Hrs )
After breakfast drive to the luminous blue-green magic of Pangong Lake. We’ll spend the night at Pangong Lake. Spend the evening exploring the banks of Pangong Lake. The lake is at its best at sunrise and sun set.
Overnight at Pangong – Camp / Cottage.

Day 05 : Pangong Tso – Tso Morris ( 280 Kms / 6 Hrs )
Today we drive to Tso Morris via the Nyoma road which passes near the Tibet border ( Subjected to clearance from BRO / or we take the other route through Changla Pass ) . Reach Tso Morari and get ready to soak yourself in a white lake, which is a salted water body.
Overnight at Lake side Swiss Camps / Guesthouse.

Day 06 : Tso Morris to Tso Kar ( 75 Kms / 3 Hrs )
After breakfast drive to Tso Kar salt water Lake and wetland. Situated at an altitude of 4530 Meters the lake is a shallow water body and is a ideal place for Birding and night sky watching. Overnight at Basic guesthouse at Tso Kar.
Note – There is no mobile network available in the area and electricity is available only in evening from 1700 Hrs to 2200 Hrs )

Day 7 : Tso Kar to Leh via Thanglang La Pass ( 155 Kms / 3.5 Hrs )
After breakfast we drive towards Leh and cross the Thangla Pass ( 5328 meters )   on the Manali / Leh route

Day 08 : Departure
On time transfer to airport to board flight for Home.
